suffering from BPPV Virtigo

Hello experts ..
I am suffering from extreme BPPV virtigo since last 4 months.
It gets aggaravated when I change my head positions or when I wake up in morning.I am doing some head exercises suggested by doctor but the relief is only temporary. If I don't do prescribed head movement exercises then virtigo returns. I am located in Pune, India .Is there any permanent treatment for BPPV in homeopathy? I have firm belief in homeopathy and looking for permanent treatment. I request experts to look into this case. Thanks

You can take conium 200, 1 dose & then report me after a week

Thanks for reply.

As per your prescription, I have taken conium 200 single dose. This is 6 day after taking medicine and till now there is no improvement in symtoms. I still feel vertigo when my head moves slightly.

Please look into this.
