How Long to Feel Like "Old Self"
Hello. I am new to homeopathy. I recently started treatment with a certified classical homeopath for chronic health problems. The first remedies were two, with three others to be used as needed. This confused me, but as I said, I am new to this. (I actually had some improvement of health.)On the second appointment, I was instructed to take five remedies per day. I tried to ask and understand why five, but was told they were compatible. So I took them through the day.
I did much online reseach about taking multiple remedies per day, and it just did not make sense to me.
After following the homeopaths instructions for almost two months, I lost the improvements I had gained, and I now feel the same or worse than before I started treatment. My tinnitus is significantly worse (this is a secondary problem, not my chief complaint).
I am very discouraged. I may never use homeopathy again.
My main question is: how long will it take for this "side effect" of tinnitus to settle down to where it was originally. How long will I have to wait until I feel like my "old self". (I stopped all remedies one week ago).

Thank you for your reply. Actually, I want to know how long it will take for the prior remedies to exit my body. Hopefully, I will start to feel better when the remedies are out of me.

A homeopathic remedy will not cause any disease aggravation. If a patient thinks that he has been harmed by taking homeopathic remedies, he is generally asked to take Hyoscyamus 200 or Nux Vomica 200.

Thank you for your reply. I was wondering if I had an aggravation. I think I have some Nux. I think I will try this.
