Sinus Congestion and Pregnancy

Hi.
By browsing the web I found this web page and I hope anyone will be able to give me advice.
I am 31, pregnant (17 weeks) and I am vegan. I found out that advices for pregnant woman on the internet and from doctor to doctor vary a lot. From pharmaceuticals, food advices and herbal teas usage to homeopathic medicine usage, so this confuses me a lot and I don’t know exactly at the end who is right.
My problem is that I got sinus inflammation few days ago. My acupuncturist helped me a lot. So my nose started to clean slowly. I am also inhaling, using Nasopure to clean the nose with hypertonic water, drinking a lot, etc.
Otherwise I feel quite ok, just a bit tired. My pregnancy is normal.
I would like to ask if for sinus inflammation I can help myself with any of this homeopathic medicines that I found available:
- B&T Alpha® SH Sinus Headache & Congestion (Sanguinaria canadensis 6X, Hydrastis canadensis 6X, Silicea 6X, Kali muriaticum 3X, Pulsatilla 3X (Class N) INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: lactose monohydrate based tablets, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose)
- NuAge - #7 Kali Sulph (Kali Sulphuricum 6X HPUS., INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Acacia Gum, Lactose N.F.)
- Hyland’s - Sinus (Calcarea Carb. 3X HPUS, Hydrastis Canadensis 3X HPUS, Kali Bichromicum 3X HPUS, Pulsatilla 3X HPUS, INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Lactose N.F.)

Also, what kind of teas can I drink or I have to avoid?

Many thanks!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Belladonna 30 and Rhus Tox 30 twice a day 2 pills each for 2 to 3 days is a safe protocol for cold. You may follow it.
