Cold, pls help

hi,

i am 41 yrs old. i have cold, sneezing and blocked nose since four months now.

pls help.

sex- male

country - norway

climate - cold during winters. not so cold during summers.

nose blocked in night -? when i sleep nose is blocked. but it opens soon after. but i feel the congestion.

any cough -? no

after ice cream, cold drink u feel more cold? yes

any other health issue. kidney stone.

hi,

ok please buy 2 remedy as below

remedy 1-
Ocimum Sanctum - Q (mother tincture)

take half cup of mineral water and add 10 drops from this remedy and sip slowly..

take 2 times a day
morning and evening

don't ear or drink anything 30 minutes before and after the remedy

remedy 2-

BC 6 ( Biocombination 6)
4 tablets directly on tounge 3 times everyday

try to keep 1 hour gape bettwen remedy 1 and remedy 2

report me after 10 days

avoid cold drinks, ice cream
