Frequent sore throat, bloating, acid reflux, difficulty to swallow food

Hello all, Need advice as I am having following issue:
1. Lot of bloating
2. Difficulty to swallow food, gets stuck in chest and need liquid with food to swallow
3. Almost every month I am down with sore throat
4. High fever due to sore throat
5. Even one spicy, oily meal would mean sore throat for me.

Pls suggest.
