Gynocomastia Problem
I am a male, 19 yrs old and I have been sufferingfrom very mild gynecomastia(glandular breast
tissue) for about 6-7 years.My parents gave me some medicine from Hamdard(a Unani pharmaceuticals)when I was about 11-12 yrs old because I was very thin & slim then.After taking that,I was becoming healthier but i think,from that time glandular breast tissues were starting to grow in me. I am in good shape,
healthy, and fit, except for the presence of
breast tissue. When it catches cold it slightly comes back in
shape. My chest nipple are puffy,specially,right nipple is puffier than the left.It happened because 4 yrs ago my mother suggested me to massage my breasts so that it might reduce.So,I applied that idea on my right breast & unfortunately it became puffier & slightly bigger in size than the left one.My blood
reports are all normal.I don't have other hormonal problem. I
really need some help to cure this disorder. This
has really made me self-conscious. Please reply
to help me sir. I am very desperate.

give me some solution.
It's not painful. My Chest Nipple are puffy in
normal time as u saw in the picture. But when it
catch cold like after bath it comes back in almost original
shape. there is no other problem . It looks so bad
when I wear fitting cloths. I have done workouts but it's a long term process. I want to
get free from this problem. I want my chest nipple
in it's original shape. Please help me sir.
