I get relief by scratching it .. yes it has some fluid in it .. after scratching, my nails will be having black color mixtur. And blood sometimes .. I have pimples on jock itch, if I scratch it, fluid and blood comes out.

And my face acne is still the same as earlier, it's been 12days since I took arsenic album.

I'm sorry to hear you're suffering from jock itch. I'm going through the same hell. I'm suffering from yeast infection with severe itching. I know exactly how it feels when you suffer from this disease. I would sincerely recommend you to see a dermatologist as soon as possible.Fungal infections are stubborn and if they stay longer they become very chronic. I've been put on itantifungals and antiparasites. From my experience I can say that topical or local applications provide temporary relief if at all. You need to get rid of this infection from within for local applications to work. I've been taking strong antifungals for a month and my itch now is somewhat under control. Although theyre strong, they are need to rid me of this infection. My plan is to continue allopathic meds until I'm completely symptom free (although I'm losing patience and fearing side effects of the meds). Once it is cured I will resort to appropriate ayurvedic herbs or homeopathic meds to prevent a relapse. Whether to opt for allopathy, homeopathy or ayurveda, choice is yours. My only advice to you is see a doctor asap and take proper treatment. Fungii, mold and yeast are absolutely stubborn creatures.the sooner you get rid of them, the better it is for you. One more thing, triphala churna has benefitted me significantly, it leads to healing crisis though.

Sir, jock itch is cured as I applied candidderma cream and powder for 1 week and its gone.
Coming to the acne : there's no improvement. Same as earlier.

Apply Calendula ointment once or twice a day over the acne for 2-3 days.
In the meantime also answer these questions -
1) Is the acne filled with pus or blood?
2) What kind of pain is associated with the acne?
3) How does it start? What things ameliorate and what aggravates the acne?
4) Does mental stress aggravate the acne? If yes, please tell me something about it.

1 : not always blood sometimes pus too .. so, both.
2 : normal pain if I tap it hard.
3 : I think how my acne is started due to scratching my 1st pimple 3years ago and it spreading like anything..and after eating chicken my acne starts I think heat in the body which pops out my acne.
4 : not much stress, am a cool going guy .. so; only stress is about my face(acne).
Sir, does calendula works? I can wait for days .. there's no emergency .. external application doesn't benefited to me.

I have seen many times calendula helped to reduce the severity of pimples.. Try for 3days and then let me know

Ok sir, but nowadays I feel my butt itchy (small bumps are left over on my ass) if I scrath them they bleed, my fingers get red(bloody).

Ok sir.. can I use calendula on jock rashes on inner thighs ? There's no itching there but still rashes exist.
