anxiety .dosage ?
I am suffering anxiety at the moment and i will be facing a very challenging situaton tomorrow evening which i am wanting to prevent any major trauma or panic attack. I have some arg nit in 30c and 200c .just wondering if i should take 30 c doses starting today or just take a 200c before the event . alternatively i have ignatia 30c which may also be useful to me , any suggestions please . thankyousuethedriver on 2016-02-04
