My age is 29.I do Masterbution in day time, either I see bad scene or not. In day time Even I didn't see any scene. My mind start making bad thoughts and if I divert my mind to other things, I can stop my self for while. The second attack comes in evening around 8pm. My mind encourage me to see porn movies to get relax. If I still divert my mind in other activities then then problem arises at nightfall. Sometimes I can't get sleep on bed as I have to do Masterbution to relax my body to get sleep. Then there is third attack while sleep. It's bad dream start in night, my hand touch the organ and I do Masterbution sometime 1or2or3 times. I have no idea at that time as I am fully asleep. It's hard for me to stop third step as I am totally unaware at that time. And fourth attack is at early morning before wake up from bed, at I am half asleep.

If I accept 1 and 2 attack, there is very rare chance to comes under third and fourth attack. If i get save from 2nd attack then I will fall under 3/4 attacks. If luckily somehow I save my self from all four attacks then next day, it's hard to concentrate on work. As bad dream start comes by self and it's get multiply until some liquid self discharge with thoughts or I do Masterbution to stop these thoughts. So in that way it's hard to stop this addiction.

Following are problem I facing now.

# I loss my confidence very easily. Next month is my marriage. I don't know how I will manage it. I can't speak with girl, more like shy person. No confidence I can say something publically or openly.

1. i feel very heat in summer sweating a lot. My hands wet easily then normal.
2. gas is always present in stomach even any thing eat even simple food.sometime acidity also.
3. thrust is normal.like to eat vegetable food and spices food.
4. some dandruff there on scalp.and eyebrows
5. sperm in urine.
6. feel hart palpitation.
8. tired after some work n feel pain in body.
9. red pimple problem on back.
10. tired after some work.
11. sleep is well but after midnight
12. I have another problem when i go to a date with my girl friend i just meet her on public place not for sexual activities but i feel
always almost gel type drops or sperm from my penis i also get wet during phone talk with her after that i feel to much pain in my urinary system and mild pain in my right ball(testical)
