Nerve damage

I am suffering from disc herniation since 10 months in l4 l5 l5 s1 & sensation loss in upper left leg and also i was on bed rest for 10 months due which my muscles have become weak and joints have become loose which cause cracking sound and pain. Yesterday i was doing a stretching exercise and due to over stretch i damaged a nerve or something in my upper right foot which is causing an unbearable burning sharp pain, due to which i was unable to sleep for whole night. The pain on upper left side of right foot appears for few seconds and then goes away but the pain is unbearable and is like someone shot a bullet on my feet. Please advice medication.
