Please help anal fissure agony
I am suffering from anal fissures and am hoping to avoid surgery but I have had them for 6 months now and nothing is working. I am never constipated and can often have diarrhoea some days I can go once some day 10 times...there is only a little pain when I use the toilet but the spasm burning and stinging start about 20 mins after and can last 12 hours...I have tried arnica 30 but that didn't help.
