Would like a constitutional remedy for 2 year old

Hello, I looking for a constitutional remedy for our two year old. Also, do babies need constitutional remedies? We have a two month old as well that had a very bad cold not long ago, he got it the worst out of our whole family.
As for the two year old, here is a variety of things about him that bother me.
Allergies. This past summer, he developed outdoor allergies for the first time. We moved from WA to Alaska a year ago, and so this summer was his first exposure to fireweed. When it went to seed on the fall, he had a bad respiratory illness (I thought at the time). The coughing got worse where he would go into constant coughing fits, eyes watering, hard to catch his breath, sounding a bit wheezy, sneezing occasionally. Did antibiotics, nebulizer, inhaler, steroids, and none helped much. What finally worked were children's allergy meds. It helped right away. His symptoms subsided as the winter set in, but I worry for next year. He always seems to be prone to lung illnesses---if the family gets sick, he tends to take longer to recover from the lung aspect of of it.
Soft stools. Has always been like that. I worry for potty training that it may be difficult unless he can get more firm stools.
Dry skin. Doctor always comments on this. He also has a few bumps on arms and legs, not red, but like a clogged pore or something. At birth, he had on his left arm two little clogged sebaceous glands. It almost looked like two tiny puncture marks.
Small appetite. He did not even want solid food until almost a year old, and even then has always eaten "like a bird". He snacks all day long, likes crunchy carbs primarily, but will eat a little bit of fruit and protein. He also really likes noodles with Alfredo sauce. Refuses milk in a glass. Pretty much only drinks water since I rarely ever give him juice because it just makes his stools more watery.
Other things that describe his personality/likes/dislikes.
He is a bit quiet, yet will be very vocal at a perceived slight or threat of his favorite toy being taken by his brother. When things don't turn out the way he wants, he can get himself worked way up with loud crying and tears and be very distraught about it. Otherwise he is fun-loving, mostly obedient, smart, imaginative/creative, and a good kid in general.
He tends to be anxious about some things. I was very very anxious while pregnant with him, because of a previous miscarriage, and I feel that my anxiety affected him. He will tell me to be careful when using a sharp knife, to watch my toes when I shut the basement trap-door, to watch out and not fall when I'm going down the stairs, etc. He does warn his older brother about some things as well.
He seems conscientious about the little details in life. He doesn't care really if his toys are all over the floor, but will burst into tears if one of them is broken. He goes behind me and shuts cupboard doors if I leave them open for longer than he thinks is necessary. He has strong opinions about how things should be done. Yet very loving and snuggly. Can be the "quiet one" when it comes to his needs, sometimes I have to make sure to listen extra closely to him to make sure he isn't lost in the shuffle.
He is more on the lean side, about 15th to 20th percentile for weight and height for his age. Belly protrudes somewhat.
He has a slight kidney abnormality on the left side, I believe it is a partially duplicated ureter. I have fully duplicated utters on both sides and duplex kidneys as well, so this was inherited. It has never needed any intervention. He had one testicle that did not descend, left side as well, and when they repaired that surgically at 9 months they found multiple hernias, inguinal and others perhaps? Not sure on that. They were all down low in the pelvic region. Those were repaired as well.
He was a very fussy baby and a very poor sleeper, waking about 5-8 times a night for the first 10 months or so of life. He didn't sleep through the night until a few months ago, and still wakes on occasion crying or needing comfort. His older brother was just as bad as a baby, and I myself was a terrible sleeper and a very fussy baby, presumably due to the kidney issues.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Also forgot to mention he seems to have a sensitive stomach. When he gets illnesses with a lot of nasal discharge, he will swallow it and always gets an upset stomach. I use an herbal remedy, a tincture of peach pits, just a few drops on his wrists and it always helps his stomach feel better whenever it is "off". He would always have a reduced appetite when teething or sick.

Sorry, one other thing I forgot that's important is that his hands and feet are usually ice cold. Has been like that for quite some time, and I can't recall when it started. He has always seemed rather cold-blooded, (like me,) especially compared to his big brother who is the big-boned, hot blooded type. I do notice that after he's been busy playing outside with his woolen mittens on, his hands will feel warm for awhile, so it seems that covering them up and getting exercise helps his extremities warm up temporarily.

Is your husband overweight?

Perhaps a bit, but not overly so.

Ok. Your son is probably Calcarea Carb. Give him a dose of Sulphur first . That will help Calcarea Carb work better.
Use 30 potency one dose directly on the tongue.
Do not give him any sour article to eat or drink as that will antidote medicine.

Thank you. I will look into ordering those remedies.

So I was able to buy the calc carb 30c locally, would have to order the sulph so I didn't get it (didn't want to wait). Gave him 1 dose, 2 days ago. His hands and feet feel warm now, which is a great improvement from before. His stool is still the same, too soft. His sleeping is worse, he's been waking up whining and crying for Mommy several times a night a couple nights now.

Repeat Calcarea Carb after 4 days from first taking medicine.

Will do.

He's still waking up multiple times a night, whining, crying and moaning in his sleep. He's more clingy during the day and more teary as well. We all have a slight cold, and he's not that sick, but he's driving us nuts with the waking up crying and being really emotional about everything. Can we just antidote this remedy and be done with it? The only positive benefit has been warmer hands and feet. Stools are still loose, and emotionally he's worse off.

I gave him Nux V to antidote his remedy. His sleep is no better, so perhaps it was not an aggravation, but it seemed to start right after giving the remedy, along with him being much more clingy during the day. His hands and feet are back to being cold again.

Give him Sulphur if it has arrived.

In reading up on sulphur, it doesn't sound like him at all. It talks of burning hot hands/feet, which is opposite from him. Also talks about burning discharges which he doesn't have, and a very willful, obstinate, troublemaker personality which doesn't fit either. My guy is stubborn, but he's quiet and obedient most of the time, and clingy & tearful right now. I just don't see how sulphur would help.

Wondering if there is a remedy that would help this illness my guy has. He's been sick since I first tried the calc carb, but we had to take him to the doctor twice now and do breathing treatments and a course of steroids. Whenever he gets a bad cold, he inevitably has it go down into his lungs. I thought we might escape that this time, since it wasn't allergy season, but we visited the big city for a carnival and he started up with that cough again after the first night at the hotel. I almost wonder if it was the chlorine from their swimming pool he was reacting to, because when he was a baby, he'd always have a bad night of sleep after swimming in a public pool.
He is getting fevers, worse at night, with flushed cheeks and glassy, red eyes (allergies), sneezing and lots of dry irritable coughing that just keeps going and going, worse from the least exertion. Nothing seems to help the cough except allergy medication and nebulizer treatments. Complaining of leg pain at night, I have been using calc phos 30c for that. Was thinking of Eupatorium perfoliatum for the fevers with bone pain. The leg pain at night started right after trying calc carb, as did the waking crying at night he is doing now. He seems to be dreaming unpleasant dreams. Last night he dreamed he threw up in the bed when he hadn't, and then later dreamed he wet the bed when he hadn't.

His fever is better now, and his cough is too. He slept better last night as well.

If he is better now do not give any medicine. Wait for one week.

I gave the Sulphur after all, it seemed like his emotional symptoms and a few physical ones matched up. Sometimes I guess I have to remember that not everyone matches the "typical" remedy personality. Anyway it sure helped with some bad attitudes and acting out that he was having. He's back to being sweet and happy.

Repeat sulphur when symptoms come back.

Repeated the Sulphur day before yesterday because it seemed his symptoms were returning... Loose stools, being cranky and irritable, etc. Gave a dose and now he is ill. Fever with barely any sweat, worse at night or while napping, pain in his legs and hips mostly but also arms, worse if I move him, sore throat, sneezing. Restless, tossing and turning at night, wants to be held constantly, calling for me repeatedly in his sleep. Sounds almost a little delerious in his sleep. Had wild eyes a few times when he awoke in the night. Upset stomach. I have been using peach pit tincture on the wrists for nausea, yarrow for the fever and Eupatorium perf 30c for the achy joints. He doesn't seem to be improving at all though. Wondering if there is a better fit.

Please give him Arsenicum Album 30 one dose.
Do not use any other medicine.
Update next day

Actually after reading online about different flu remedies, Ars Alb seemed the most fitting, so I gave him one dose last night. He does seem better today.

Going to have to use the nebulizer and allergy medicine for Kody tonight. He has developed a cough today that's turning into the same cough he gets when he's sick. He gets an irritable cough, kind of phlegmy, kind of dry, almost a little hollow sounding or as if the airway was narrowed a bit when he coughs. Every now and then the cough makes him gag. His eyes look glassy and his face is pale. Face gets pink when he coughs.

Also to add, the doctor told us this is like an asthma reaction that he gets, so reactive airway disease. Allergies and illnesses both trigger it. The last two times, it seems to have followed a pattern--he gets sick, the worst seems over, so we let him play outisde and take him out on errands and then it's just too much for him. It seems like being out in the cold or the wind gets it going, also it's worse when he gets worked up emotionally. His little cough he started out with gets more and more insistent until he looks miserable, starts wheezing, wanting to be held sitting but not laying back--wants to be leaning forward a bit to get better air, and acts like he feels terrible. His breathing sounds laborious, and the coughing seems nonproductive, just a constant cough I think because he's having a hard time breathing or has narrowed airways. Then like tonight, he gets breathing treatments and, while they help some, he's still miserable, feverish, and moaning and talking in his sleep as if he were delirious. His eyes seem glazed over and he has an upset stomach. Does not want food. Wants small drinks of cold water often and wanted the window down in the car, yet gets too cold and wants to snuggle with me with a blanket. He also still seems to have achy joints and complains if he is jarred too much or if I touch him the wrong way or too hard. Seems over-sensitive about every little thing.

And now he's feeling better after some Ibuprofen last night to help him sleep instead of tossing and crying incoherently.

Ok. Let a few days pass.
