I don't have a picture of the lumps, there is no family history. Just today I had a sharp stabbing pain in the lump just behind the ear shooting towards the right side of my chin. The lump is located where the glands are on the right side behind my right ear. At one time I had an ear infection, when I moved to Vegas, and there was a lot of pollen in the air that had me with a lot of mucus, then a few months after that I noticed that it was swollen but it never went away, it sometimes feels like my ear tubes are full. The lump is hard and getting slowly larger. On the top gums in the front if I mess with it, there is pain in the gums and my teeth feel very weak, years ago my dentist said I had gingivitis.I hope you can tell me something from these symptoms.
