Clarification on classical prescribing

So I took ignatia 30c 6 days ago. I believe it it my remedy because after 3 days the itch that I've had for years went away and I felt really good mentally like lot of blocks went away. yesterday, the bad mental symptoms and itch returned so I took a water dose of the 30c ignatia after Succussing 10 times. 3 hours later the itch diminished and metal felt abit better but less than the original dose. Today The itch is fine, but my mental symptoms are bad, sighing alot, torn between the desire to do my work or not to.

Not sure if this means I should succuss the remedy again and take. According to Hahnemann, he says:

"Every perceptibly progressive and strikingly increasing amelioration during treatment is a condition which, as long as it lasts, completely precludes every repetition of the administration of any medicine whatsoever"

Does this second dose count as strikingly increasing amelioration? Yes the itch feels better but the mental symptoms are as they were before. I hope someone can answer this question, i'm unsure whether to take the next dose.

Also at what point would be the right time to take 200c dose?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Was feeling very mentally low today, so I took the remedy again after succussing 10 times, 3 minutes later I feel 100x better, my mind is clear again, so I think it was the right time to take the remedy, really feel good now. Would be nice though if someone could chime in and let me know when I should go for 200c potency.
