Acid symptoms, please advise. Thank you!

Hello and thanks so much ahead of time! Here are the symptoms and related info:
Female, 45.
Frequent headaches on top right of head, along with nausea, very sore and chapped lips, occasional shortness of breath (aspirated acid), hoarse voice, occasional feeling of lump in throat, dry eyes or watery eyes. Metallic taste in mouth that only lasted a few days and is now gone.

Feeling of nausea/headache/stiff neck after exercise, as of a year,
regardless of proper hydration, stretching and food prior and post exercise.
Charcoal caplets usually alleviate symptoms. Sometimes baking soda helps, not always. Sometimes GSE helps, not always. Sometimes alternate nostril breathing helps. Sometimes ginger, sometimes not. Enzymes before meals is helpful.

Diet of soaked rice with all kinds of veggies, salads and light fruits and avocado, coco oil, sometimes salmon. Was eating beans every day, all varieties, but trying to switch it up. Am gluten free, organic, non gmo, low to no processed sugar, zero fast food. Despite this, have high cholesterol of 244, but also high healthy cholesterol.
Craving sweets, breads, chicken, but I very rarely eat those things.
Symptoms are likely due to accumulated sense of "failure." They started after a very long and difficult breakup that felt traumatic at the time (we lost a baby). Also after "breaking up" with my 2 best friends. Got better, then really kicked in after recent breakup and loss of a beloved kitty (kidney ensue disease)
Mental state is largely positive and very loving. Fears that lurk, however, are fear of loss. Fear of my mom suddenly dying from out of the blue, of my getting ill, or of my remaining cat dying. Fear of not allowing self to manifest dream desires and life passing me by. Worry. Meditating helps.
More thirsty than usual, alternate between constipation and very loose stools.
Feel hungry but nervous/distrustful of food.
Sleep is good, if kitty is not waking me up. I get up at least twice to urinate and drink water whenever I wake up.
Menstrual cycle has been normal, but last month was a bit early and had clots.
Family history is digestive issues with mama. Hyperthyroid in paternal uncle.
No medications ever. Only herbs or vitamins.
I look very young for my age. Recent bags under eyes as of maybe 6 months. Melasma on cheeks has darkened a bit.
Less energy and stamina, feeling of depletion as of 2 years. Sometimes ache in liver area or kidneys.
I prefer heat, get cold easily. Eyes alternate between dry or tearing.

I think I answered the pertinent questions. Am really looking forward to helping my body recover! Thank you!!
