4th Episode of Pancreatitis

Since 2008 I have had acute pancreatitis 4th time till 15 Feb 2016.
Here is my history and the amylase / lipase test detail along with cure period.

1st Episode - August 2008 - Acute pancreatitis - Amylase 1208 Lipase 1813
Amylase/lipase came to normal after 7 months
Triglycerides were borderline high

2nd Episode - September 2012 - Acute Pancreatitis - Amylase 1127 Lipase 1600 - Gallstones found in gallbladder - Amylase/lipase came to normal in 1 month. After this in November 2012 my gall bladder was removed.
Triglycerides were high
Started taking aurora (Rosuvastatin) 10mg

3rd Episode - August 2015 - Acute Pancreatitis - Amylase 1040 lipase 1910 - MRCP was done and it was clear. No abnormality was show. Amylase/Lipase came to normal in 4 months. Lost 9 KGs during till recovery. After that I follow very low fat diet and started taking Fenoget (Fenofibrate) 200 mg

In the start I was getting better and weight was also stable. But my work was hectic in job so I felt that I started losing weight in January 2016 and lost 3-4 KGs till February 15 2016.

4th Episode - 15 February 2016 - Amylase 824 Lipase 2010 - Now I am resting at home taking very light and liquid food only. Doctor has asked that they will perform another MRCP and also EUS. If some abnormality is found they might go ahead with an ERCP.

I do not know that if my condition is chronic pancreatitis or not as doctors diagnose it as recurrent pancreatitis. I was advised to start using R72 along with R5 and also study R7. I am not sure how to proceed with homeopathic medicine now.
Guidance is required and also I need to know what tests I need to get done for further clarification.
Thanks
