Male Chloasma or Melasma

Hi I m 28 Yrs old male. I am suffering from Melasma on face. I hv been in sun exposure for last 2 year. Also I would like to share I was taking baryta carb 200 for confidence now I hv stopped. Plz suggest me medicine for melasma & can I continue baryta carb with melasma treatment since I hv felt my confidence level which was at good level while taking baryta is now going down. Plzz reply
