Plz Help with My opposition Act for my Good
Dear Doctors,I am stuck up in a Job wherein I know things will not change and It is me who has to change and move to a different Job. I know this and things are going from bad to worse But I still I get angry and resent that management is not changing. It will not change and I know it.
Can there be any reedy for me? Is it procrastination or indecision or some fear that is keeping me from making a chage and try for a new Job?
