Heart Failer and Edema

Hello,
My father is 70 year old and he have heart enlargement and edema.

The urine is not coming out naturally, he is using allopathic medicine for urine to come out artificially which making him so so weak and he can't move to the bathroom, whenever he go to the bathroom he is out of breath by short walking. He complains there is a lot of weakness in his body.

Whenever he stop allopathic medicine the urine come very little and most of the time don't come at all and his legs and stomach get swelled and they get enlarged so so much in 2-3 weeks.

He is fine and don't have any other disease.

No sugar
No blood pressure

He got malaria twice in 3 weeks, two months ago, after that his knee joint is stiffed.

He had blood pressure for 8-9 years before this disease appeared, he wasn't able to walk very long since 17 years, he was able to walk little since 7-8 years and now he is on bed for 5 continues months.

I showed him to 5-6 homeopaths locally including the best ones and he have tried medication over 1 year from different homeopath but no use at all.
No homeopaths was able to drain his urine.

Apis melifica and arsenicum album he used for 2 week but it has not much effect of urine specially after 2-3 days.

His abdomen and legs are especially affected by edema.

I don't have much money with me now to show him to anymore doctors or make any further diagnostic tests for him.

Lasix and Spiromide tablets he have used and using since 8 years (not continues) for urination. In these days if he uses those medicine, his heart start sinking and he said he feel like he's dying.

Since last week, he have heart failing condition, he don't want to eat anything, sometimes he demands for water, during heart failing condition nothing goes in or come out most of the time, like no stool, urine, fart or burps. Heart sinking all the time and he feels such a pain from this condition, however he is also feel congestion in his stomach and the stomach is grown five to six time bigger than usual (as I remember). In heart failing condition he feels like vomit and cuffing most of the time, water and sluggish material comes out from his mouth, (not actually cuff).

Whenever he passes the stool which is very little in quantity he get out of breath and his heart start sinking and he wanted something to eat immediately, stool has gel/foam type material. Usually he passes stool after one to one and half hour of eating.

Please refer for him any good medicine because there no good homeopath locally in my area and they are all greedy for money.

All effort and suggestion will be highly appreciated.
