Acid rebound after PPI usage

Everything is fine before I have taken pantaparazole- proton pump inhibitor for 5 days. On the first day I have taken pantaparazole, next day morning my sleep interrupted by 5 am, after that I am unable to sleep back, my stomach feels empty at that time. From the next day I got extremely hungry. No matter whatever I eat I become hungry again after 1 hour. Hunger stopped after I stopped taking pantaparazole. After that everyday I will wake up by 3 to 5 am and unable to sleep back.
One day I accidentally taken peanuts at night and a heavy dinner to follow it up, I was able to sleep very well till next day 9 am morning. This is how I sleep normally. After that i found out whenever I have taken super heavy food at night I am able to sleep well, even when my sleep is interrupted I am able to sleep back. I think this is acid rebound at a low level caused by pantaparazole which is digesting anything I eat at night and making my stomach empty by 3 to 5 am.
Antacid makes me sleep well. Again I have taken pantaparazole after 2 months and again I got back extreme hunger for 1 day and I stopped taking it. Now my sleep is interrupted by 2 am to 4 am in the morning and unable to fall back to sleep. If I take super heavy food with peanuts I am able to sleep till 5 am.
Help will be very much appreciated. Its 3 months and the problem is not resolved. I am unable to sleep well its making me weak.
