Itchy skin, particularly when angry or frustrated

My 20 month old developed eczema when she was 4 months old. With some acupuncture, it has dramatically reduced and is gone from her face and has lessen on the rest of her body. We do keep her hands covered much of the time without close supervision because she does tend to scratch and when she does, she scratched until she bleeds. The eczema use to be weepy, then moved to redness with blotches. It is now mostly dry and scaly with some odd looking bumps on her arms and thighs. When uncovered or when she can get access, she scratches her neck, shoulders and arms, but her desire to scratch is especially intensified if she doesn't get her way, gets angry or frustrated. She tends not to scratch when she's in the bath with warm/hot water or when she's busy. She is a most delightful baby. I hate that she doesn't have access to her hands without gloves. She hasn't slept much through the night since she was young until more recently. I suspect her waking up hourly was due to the intense itching. She would often scratch until she bled if her gloves came off. She is quite a latchy baby, wanting to be held or carried most of the time. She likes to sleep on her belly with her butt in the air. I have given her Anti Crud 6 once a day and Ars Album 30 in the past. I have seen some improvement in the skin condition but not in the level of itchiness. but am uncertain if I'm missing something. Any suggestions or insight?

Answers to your questions listed below. Thank you so much!

2. Female
3. Single (Baby)
4. weight 25 lbs
5. Height 28 inches
6. country USA
7. climate -moderate 4 seasons, currently 45 degrees F

12. Thirst: still nursing and nurses frequently
13. Tongue and Taste --not sure what this means
14. Current Blood Pressure (without medicine and with medicine) --normal

15. One situation that had a
big effect on you? While I was pregnancy with the baby, I had scabies which was intensely itchy. I have often wondered if this is a contributor for her. I was also had a bit of marital stress prior to her conception and during the 1st trimester of the baby's pregnancy

16. Important Question.
Current and previous remedies/medicines you are taking or took in the past? I have never given the baby any conventional remedies or treatments. She has had acupuncture. We have used tanamu oil, neem oil, shea butter and other natural elements to keep the skin moisturized. She has received arsencium album 30 and anti crud 6 previously.

17. Educational Qualifications of the patient --patient is a baby.
18. Nature of work, what do you do for living? --patient is a baby

19. Important Question.
Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry,
impatient…and so on.. How are you different from other persons, public speaking or not, you can describe all of the details about your behavior, love and affections. The baby is very pleasant and delightful. She is 1.5 years old and She likes to be held or carried a lot. She nurses at the breast frequently (to my exhaustion). She does get frustrated or irritated when she doesn't get her way and this causes her to immediately reach for her arm/elbow area to scratch.

20. Color of the secretions/discharges e.g
Pus, urine, stool, sputum, Saliva etc. --no secretions other than blood if she scratches too much. She hasn't done this in a while because we keep her hands covered with gloves.

For Females Only
21. When is the period during the month approx. date? not applicable since patient is a baby
Any monthly cycle issues? Regular, early, late, before problems, after problems,
pain, any other discharges?

22. Are you pregnant? If yes, please give pregnancy start date? Any current issues? Not applicable.

Also add she really likes to eat bread and rice and beans or crunchy foods-crackers, popcorn. But she eat meat and veggies well too.

Also, she seems to be bothered by dairy, coffee or chocolate. She isn't eating those and i have refrained from eating those since she is still breastfeeding. But on the occasion, I slip up, her itchy intensifies and she usually has a break out on her skin with blotches and redness.

I have noticed a reduction in itching and scratching although she still does intermittently and particular when she gets upset, frustrated or angry. Shall I give her another dose?

Just wanted to post an update. She does seem improved and we are able to give her more freedom and access to her hands without gloves. She still does scratch on occasion. Usually at least 1-2 per day. Oddly today, she started to scratch her head intensely. She had some dairy by accident and that seemed to make her itching more intense short term.

Hi,

Please repeat Sulphur 30C, 1 drop mixed in 1 teaspoonful of mineral water, 1 time a day, for 2 days.

Many many prayers for her.

Thank you so much. I have given her the sulphur. I see improvement overall. Although today she seemed to be very irritated. She has moved from mostly scratching her arms and shoulder to scratching her legs now. You can see how red and irritated her thighs are from the photo. She still seems to scratch mostly when she is frustrated or angry but today she was just sitting in her seat and she started bleeding a bit from her it even with me putting socks on her hands. What should I do? Thank you for your time, advice and prayers. I do believe she has made so much progress.

"and she started bleeding a bit from her it ..."

Please shed more light on the above. Give full details.

I'm attaching a photo. Can you see it? If you can expand it, it shows how the skin layer is broken and a light pink water layer is on top of the broken skin.

I just gave her a warm/hot bath with some baking soda this morning because she was so itchy. It seems to always help her. When I undressed her, I noticed she is just about covered in red, irritated patches of skin on her thighs, her upper arms, across the top of her back and shoulders. She has been especially itchy the last 2 days.
