Help with ezema in 5 month old son

Hi to all,
After reading many threads, I would greatly appreciate a response especially from kuldeep, sabra, and Joe De Livera.
Here's the story.
My husband and I have two beautiful boys and a very loving family.
No one in either family has a history of eczema although my husband does have some very mild seasonal allergies.
The case is with my 5 month old who has eczema. I don't think the case is as severe as most, but I am severely stressed all the same. He has had it since 2 months, with it more severe then on his head, hairline, and cheek. He also would get hives when he got upset or hot (which is rare).
He is exclusively breastfed, I have completed a thorough elimination diet of all well known possible allergies (dairy, soy, wheat, eggs, nuts, corn, even yeast, sugar) to no effect. My diet is very healthy, no processed foods, additives, preservatives, etc. I eat very little red meat, no poultry, or pork. Since supplementing his effected area is limited to the left cheek, which flares and calms. It is red adn dry most of the time, very rarely does it ooze. I am supplementing my diet with many probiotics, GLA, Fish Oil. I put EPO on my son's infected cheek, and no emollients other than pure, unrefined shea butter. I have never used cortisone or steroids on his precious little body. He is a happy baby, sleeps well, and as long as I keep his skin supple and a sock on his hand at night, he doesn't scratch, is very visual, and content to be left alone, but also likes to be held. I have used H2O2 occasionally when he has scratched to clean out the bacteria, but immediately put on his butter. I use no chemicals to clean, wash clothes, bath. Only all natural. We use a humidifier, I damp clean with vinegar for dustmites, he only wears cotton clothes. I use herbal calming teas for myself because I know my stress over it cannot be good for him. I desperately want that poor red patch to GO! Please advise on a homeopathic remedy for his condition. And should I be taking one, too? We do not have the funds for a homeopath, and conventional treatments are not for us. Sincerely,
WNCGirl

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Forgot to mention a couple of things...He has had his two and four month immunizations (I do believe this started the eczema). I am not going to continue immunizations until he his older. He also is starting to teeth, drooling and getting bumps under his neck. He was thin (thinner than his chunky brother was) but not underweight. I have since fattened him up with extra feedings, and think this is helping, but not enough. He no longer has hives. Let me kknow if there is anything I have missed.
Thanks again. WNCGirl

I need clarification before giving details. Do you want to know these things about me or my infant? Are you prescribing to me or him?
Thanks for helping,

I have successfully treated many cases of Eczema in adults but do not have any experience with babies.

The remedy that I have used is Arnica 30c in the Liquid Dose which is made up as follows:

Get a 500ml bottle of spring water
Put in 3 globules Arnica 30c or 1 drop if you have the liquid remedy.
Pour out about 1 inch of water to create some air space.
Hit the bottle hard on your palm or shake it in your hand to aerate the water.
Sip a teaspoonful twice daily.

This dosage cannot harm a baby and you should be able to observe some positive response in a week which I would request you to report on this forum.

Thank you Joe De Livera,
I giot the Arnica today and will use it after Steve Lord's organic cotton, ear pressure trial is over.

I want to try one thing at a time so I will know what is working.

I am anxious to see about the Arnica, although the ear pressure technique is already showing positive results, I need more time to know for sure.

Thank you again,
