Premature Ejaculation

My friend is aged 40 years and is around 140 kgs with 5.9" height. He got recently married about 1 year back and is having fluctuating intercourse sessions wherein on certain occassions he is discharging late but majorly having premature ejaculation issues wherein on insertion within 1-2 mintues he discharges. Basis the search I did for him through these forums since he is not good at internet. I advised him agnus castus 200c and lycopodium 200c 5 drops in half cup water and he is having for the past 2 weeks with breaks on Sat/Sun since he has it in office. Apart from him he is also taking 10 drops of Berberis Vulgaris 30c in half hour break. He still does not find much progress in his condition as he is ejaculating too early. Can you please advice if any change is required in the medicine.

please stop those medicines and start staph-200 five drops only at night for one week and report

Hi there is hardly improvement in the condition, can you suggest does he continue or there is a requirement of change of medicine or dosage
