Lubar compression

My mother is ages 65 years. She is having gall bladder stone so basis advice she is having berberis vulgaris 30c 10 drops in 1/2 cup water early morning. She is also having L4-L5 lumbar compression with severe back pain due to which she is on bed rest with sitting only for 5 minutes. Any medicine can be advised for her..

2 wet doses of colocynthis 30 taken in 20 ml water 3 times a day would show improvement. Discontinue if no improvement seen in 2 days.

1 dose equals 1 drop of dilution.
