4 year old cold, cough, thick mucus

My 4 year boy is suffering from severe cough with thick yellow mucus and nose blocking, physical weakness from the last one week. during the week vomiting is also happens. Please suggest some remedy for him.

give these biochemic cell salts DAILY,

KALI MUR 6X - 3 pills morning

NAT MUR 6X - 3 pills afternoon

MAG PHOS 6X - 3 pills evening

(chew them, do not swallow with water, nothing 15 minutes before and after medicine)

REPORT IMPROVEMENT AFTER 20 DAYS,

(if from india)give unnani Hamdard Joshina 1 tablespoon mixed in half cup warm water, 3 times a day, daily.

Total Leucocyte Count:14,700 cells/cumm(Normal 4000-11000)
E.S.R:53mm/1st hour

Above changes are mentioned.

Doctor said started lungs infection

Please analyse my son's report and suggest some remedy.
