Recurrent viral Infections and low immunity

My son is 6 year old and having fever from last 2 months. First he got viral fever (101-104) and sore throat and that time dr given antibiotics dose. After 10-12 days again he cough fever(101-102) and whopping cough that time dr. given only crocin and anti allergy medicine .After 7 days when he recovered, again recently gained fever 99-101.5 but no cold and cough only fever and doctored tested his blood where found that his hemoglobin down and nothing else. And even his chest x-ray is normal. Dr. said that his immune system down that’s why he is recurrently having infection. I am very worried about his health. Kindly help me out

His Details are:
Age 6 year old
Sex Male
Weight 16.8 kgs.
Birth Weight: 3 kg

he prefers salt.
Behavior: Active, energetic, Stubborn, constantly moving.Very much choosy about food, short temper,very emotional,
Medical condition right now:Now his fever fluctuate from 99 to 101 only cornice is given

Take a dose of Calcarea Carb 30c daily three times a day for seven days ( One drop in half a glass of water). Report back in 7 days.

Oky Thanks you, But Still he has constant fever from last three days in between 99-101 and giving crocin when fever comes.So please help me out.
