so many problems in my body
I am a 20 year old guy.I am suffering from lower back pain last 3 Years. I feel titeness in my whole back. I use to musterbate once in a day but some time two our three time in a day.
My hair are greying from last 4 years. I always feel so lazy and lack of power. But my mind always think about porn and musterbation. I use to thin of sex with every women and girl. After musterbating i feel so guilty in my mind and say to myself that i would never do this. But after 1 hour i started to think about musterbation. I am of 47 kg.

Today i bought sulphar 200 in liquid form and took 2 drop.
Should i take it again tommorow or wait for 1 week .
