(Please help!!!!)Dr. Kadwa / Dr. Nawaz / Dr. Anuj - - Plz Help- Multiple issues, homeopathic expert help needed
Dear Doctors,I am 27 year male and facing multiple issues together. Request you to please suggest good medicine. My details are given below.
Age:-27 Years
Gender:- Male
Height:- 5ft7inch
Weight:- 90 Kg (Overweight)
Workstyle:- 9 hours / day
Job Type:- 80% indoor 20% outdoor.
Problems:-
1- Sleeplessness- I am not able to sleep well. I don't sleep deeply. It's very light and i awake 2-3 times during my 6 hours sleep. Whenever i go for sleep i started thinking multiple irrelevant things. I see irrelevant dreams whole night.
2:- Obesity (Overweight)- As i mentioned i am overweight. I have no control over foods. Whenever i try to go on diet, i do it very well for sometime but couldn't continue it for longer period time. My metabolism is very slow.
3:- Cholesterol:- My good cholesterol is low and bad cholesterol is high. Its 220.
4:- Hyper pigmentation / Acne :- My original color is wheatish but it is turning into black day by day. I don't know the exact reason. It could be due to my sleeplessness or pollution or sunlight etc.
5:- Eyesight:- My eyesight is getting weake. I have checked it couple of months back it was -. 25 for both the eyes and optician told it's normal but now it has been increased to -. 5 for both the eyes. I am not using any type of glasses till now.
6:- Premature Ejaculation:- I am facing premature ejaculation issue i can't even manage it to more than 60 second. I feel very frustrated.
These are my problems, i am getting married in couple of months so i want to get red off from all these. I humbly request to experienced doctors from this community to please help me in this regards. I shall be highly obliged. I have heard about many homeopathic medicines which are very effective in above cases but i don't want to take them without expert advice. Please help me.

Please Sulphur 200 and Calcarea Carb 1m.
Take one dose Sulphur 200 in the morning .
Avoid all sour food and drinks.
Update after 3 days about sleeplessness.
