kidney problem
From last two day's I am having very Sever pain in Right Kidney, yesterday it was around 5amI thought it is muscular pain and applied Moove but of no use after some time pain was bearable
so I went Office but discovered pain during passing urine and sometimes there was urge to urinate but
not able to pass it, I drank a lot of water to regulate urine, I also feel pain in my pennies.
I feel low pain all that day . Today at around 2AM sever pain starts again and I took
One pain killer Combiflame as it was un bearable, now at present feeling pain while passing urine and in pennies.
I guess not feeling too much pain due to Combiflame.
Are these symptoms of Kidney Stone, or some other kidney problem? if yes how to get rid of it

please take Berbris Vul.Q and Hyderengia-Q ten drops each after every 3hours and repot after 4 days. If pain persists then take Belladona-30.

Unable to start Medicine as One of them was not available. Chemist will provide today
Yesterday there was no pain nor any discomfort on Left side except some minor pain while passing urine. But feeling some pain on Right Side also.
Further Is there is any difference between Indian and German Homeopathic Medicine in terms of potency.
