How to make the skin color even

Hi All,

I'm a 31 year old guy with brown complexion. I do not wish to become fair as I like the brown texture of my skin. However, certain parts of my body like face, back and hands are darker than my neck and chest's light brown skin texture.

I want to know if there is any remedy to make my skin texture even and have the light brown skin. During winter my skin looks much better than summer. Please help.
