Nat Mur or Phos?

Everyone,
I am just beginning in my study of Homeopathy and I am having trouble distinguishing between Nat Mur and Phos. After reading much from Vithoulkas, it seems that I am not alone in having this trouble. Can anyone offer any suggestions on how to differentiate between the two. When I use a computer repertory, the remedies keep coming up as being tied. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

Congratulations to you, having started studying homeopathy, you should consider urself blessed by God.The diff. In NAt.mur and Nat phos can be understood if you read both the remedies in materia medica if you do not understand even after that pl come back I will try to solve ur querry.
One more thing ,repertorisation will come later when you get well aquented with atleast 50 remedies other wise you will confuse urself at this stage so pl do it after atleast 6-7 months later.
Please read E.B.Nash 'Leaders in Therapeautics" and tell me how you enjaoyed it.
