Tennis Elbow

Hello...I've returned to playing tennis after 30+ years this last summer and now am suffering from bad elbow/forearm pain. I can't play anymore.
I'm a 50 year old female. I have tried a few different remedies..Bryonia helps sometimes. .Arnica other times ..Symthome Off. Some other times. .also Rus tux. Improves but no resolution.
Pain is on the forearm when moving wrist. When picking up something heavy a sharp pain on the outside of the elbow.
I work from home. .on computer all day. I am slightly over-weight as previously had a cyst problem that prevented excersice. Generally I'm active..I practise yoga most days.
I have twin 12 yr olds..live with husband. Otherwise allergies..asthsma, which comes when around stuffy room with animals. . .eat some chicken and beef.
I hope you can help. .thank you.
