1. Anal fissure bleeding and sharp pain is gone

Thanks will look for store here that sells. So nothing on day 2 correct?

Sorry I just got to a city where I can get thw med's. Condition about the same with a little more pressure outside but nothing visible. The lumps inside sometimes give a faint sharp pain.
I will get the medication and get back to you

Ok I will stay with this thread. I am going to get the medicine tonight. One thing I was also wondering about is that I have read that an abscess progresses fast and is extremely painful. My pain is more of an irritation. And it has barely gotten worse over a long so many months already. I can see one of the lumps inside it is narrow, flesh colored and the top looks a little white.
The reason I think it is an abscess is that there is that uncomfortable pressure on the outside on my buttock.
Just thought it would be worse and progress faster.

It was easy to find the silicea i can't find the nitric acid and there are large health stores here.
Should I look somewhere other than health stores as they do seem to carry large selection of homeopathic medicine?
Or is the something else I can take?
I haven't started the silicea yet because I have not found the nitric acid.

Hello again

I took the medication suggested but have had no change in my symptoms

I feel pressure in my right buttock. Little bit while standing but mostly while sitting. Sometimes a little achy if sitting for a long time.
I can see a small bump inside my anus. It is illongated with the top of it being lighter in color.
I also feel a bigger harder bump deeper inside.
Sometimes I get a sharp stinging pain inside that usually doesn't last long.
Also a little itchy inside sometimes.
The constant feeling that something is there

The pain seems to getting worse and I can feel a right aching pain down to my hamstring now as wellans in my groin area
Still nothing visible outside of rectum
