2 year old wake up every night at 11pm

Every night without fail, my almost 2 year old wakes up b/w 11pm-midnight. She also has eczema which itchy and I think the might be waking her up. She was a terrible sleeper in her younger days when her eczema covered her body. The eczema has gotten better, but she's still itchy when her skin is exposed. Just thought it was strange that she is like clock work on waking up.
