Throth pain extending upto right ear

Dear Sir,

my wife 33, is suffering from throat pain from last two days. The pain is little offset from middle and is extending towards right ear.
Yesterday, we shown to local homeopath and he diagnosed this as throat infection and given few medicines. But yesterday night, she didn't had food and was able to sleep, because of pain and use to go for spitting after every few minutes. please suggest, if there is any medicines, which can bring her to atleast some comfort level, so that she can have liquids or semiliquid food. Or we should go to ENT specialist.

1. Belladona-30 and
2. Heper sulph-30
five drops each repeat after every three hours and see the response.

dear Sir,

thanks for the help, my wife was in so much pain, that we consulted ENT specialist, he gave her antibiotic, pain killer, multivitamin and some liquid to gagal.

I appreciate your help and quick reply.
