Please help facing spermothoria problem

Please help me. I am really worried about my problem. My problem are -

1.Whenever i talk to my girlfriend watery semen comes out eventhough i have no bad desire or thinking about her.

2.if i think a little bit about sex or my penis get a little bit excitement or pressure it become so strong and watery semen comes out.

3.my sex time reduce to less than 1 minute.

Homeopathy medicine those i have already taken,are -

1. phosphorus 200.
2. Strapysagria 200.
3. Sulphur 200.

But those medicine are not working. Someone suggest me to take conium and nuphar lut. But i don't know whether those medicine are suitable for my case or not.please suggest me what to do.
