Help small chested issues

Hi there... I need help for my friend. She is small chested from the beginning but after her last baby five yrs ago nothing is left up there. She had issues with milk production too, she is 5'4 ft and weighs about 45kg always had issues with gaining weight. She used to eat alot but nowadays she is losing her appetite too. Doesnt feel hungry. Could be related to the winter blues with we alll have here in cold snowy canada. ;-)
But still added the info for it might be relevant to the issues of weight gaining etc. She is in good health. Seasonal sinus issues sometimes. But beside that she is healthy. Very active and likes to move alot physically. Works too. Her main issue is too gaining weight and breast enlargemnent. She does gain weight but as soon as she is stressed with work or everyday issues she loses it,even thou she is eating the same amount. Please help ððð
