Tunneling bed sore

My friend who is paralyzed from a car accident 5 years ago has his first really serious pressure wound that has required hospitalization.

I am seeking recommendations for remedies that will help a deep, tunneling bed sore that is between Stage 3 and Stage 4. It is near the anus and has infection down to the tail bone and some necrotic tissue that has been surgically removed.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Calendula Q (mother tincture) 5 drops in some water, thrice a day.

Arnica 30c, plussed dose, once a day.

PLUSSED DOSE:
Dissolve one pill of the remedy (or one drop if remedy is in liquid form) in half glass of water. Stir and take one tea spoon. That’s one dose. For the next dose, stir the same mixture and take another tea spoon. Keep using the same mixture for every subsequent dose. Stirring everytime before taking the teaspoon of dose. If available, add a tablespoon of vodka as a preservative to it. Don’t refrigerate, cover the glass and put somewhere away from direct sunlight.

I had already begun giving him Arnica 30c and Calendula 6x.

Thank you for replying. I feel better knowing I was on the right track.

If you can think of anything else that would be helpful, please respond.

Thanks,
Ruth
