Periods??

hi
i am 32 years old married female.

Married for 7 years. One son of 6 years.. conceive naturally but a c-section.

trying to conceive again for 5 years but fail.

I bleed 2 days monthly. 3rd day very little bleeding and 4th day spotting. on 6th or 7th day its completely end.
i want to know whether is it a normal flow or scanty?

whether my period regular or irregular? as my cycle length vary every month.
here is last few months cycle starting date:
12 april 16
11 march 16
8 feb 16
10 jan 16
11 dec 15
9 nov 15
11 oct 15
14 sep 15
17 aug 15
20 july 15
21 june 15

pre menstrual symptoms appear one week before.... and very much bothering me.
itiching and some sticky discharge. throat to stomach upset. these symptoms subside as onset of period.

pain start on first day of cylce which last for fews hours... pain normally on lower abdomen and in thigh... some time pain is unbearable....

my hb is 10. i have numbness and tingling in my hands...

vertigo...feeling of moving while sitting down or lying.

suggest medicine for me.
