To the doctor from India.
I recently also began having pain in the balls of my feet. I do yoga, exercise, am fit, and do not have corns or calluses. This came on suddenly after working in the garden about two weeks ago. I can say that I have been feeling lethargic and somewhat irritable lately. I am vegetarian, post menopausal and a Vata constitution, with strong pitta. I massage my feet daily, but other than that am unclear as to what to do. Any recommendations?
