Giddiness
A lady 56 yrs old suffering from the following ailments since last one year.- Giddiness all the time.
- Tinnitus with roaring sound on right ear with occasional infection in middle ear.
-Burning sensation on stomach with varying mild pain in upper abdomen.
- Severe constipation with loss of urge days together.
-Insomnia-light dreamy sleep 2-3 hrs at a stretch
- Feeling restless all the time.
- Can not tolerate warm atmosphere. prefer AC room all the time.
-Pain and heaviness on neck & back of head. X-ray shows loss of cervical lordosis.
-A known patient of hypothyroid and using allopathic medicine.
- ALWAYS FEELING DEPRESSED AND LETHARGIC. SOMETIME DO NOT WANT TO TALK WITH OTHERS.
- Blood pressure always remains LOW.
* Prefer sweet and salt.
Can not tolerate oily and spicy food .
Ailments bothering much at this moment:
roaring in ear, giddiness all the time, constipation, sleepless night.
I request the learned form members to offer suitable treatment.

2. Alumina-30 three times a day and
3. Kali Phos-200 five drops at night.

Thanks for your quick response.I have missed to mention that following medicines are used since last 10 days.
1.Plumbum met 200 and Alumina 200 for 3 days for constipation. But without any result
2.Gelsemium 30 and Bryonia 30 ( using since last 3 days) . improvement in giddiness showed only for a day.
3.Hydrastis Q for stomach
( using last 3 days).
4. Kali phos 6X TDS ( using now)
You have prescribed Bryonia 30 and Alumina 30 TDS and kali phos 200 at Bed time.
Are these three remedies to be used continuously for 15 days ?
Can we continue Hydrastis Q along with your prescribed medicines ?
I will be happy to learn what are the improvement expected with your prescribed medicines so that i can give you the feed back accordingly.

Bryonia 30, Alumina 30 and kali Phos 200 are used . No improvement in giddiness and constipation is found.
Further suggestions, if require , may be given by Dr. Mahfooz ( if availabe) or any other doctor.

Kindly suggest suitable remedy for following acute problem ;
- Giddiness all the time.Compel to walk in slow and straight motion as body/neck movement increases giddiness.
- Pain in shoulder 7 neck joint.
- looking up and closing eye increases giddiness.
- Continuous roaring sound in ears.
Gelsemium 200 , Bryonia 200 and Belladona 200 one dose each are tried and shown slight improvement. Thiosinaminum 200 tried for tinnitus but no improvement.
Stomach problem is improved with Hydrastis Q.
