Small Lump in Throat
Dear Mr. Nawaz, Hope you are doing great. I was under ypur treatment earlier for piles(Thread: piles or fissure : how to get rid).I came today to discuss my wife's throat problem. She is 38 yrs, in Mumbai, suffering from swelling on lower right throat (above the collar bone). Local alopath doctor gave her medicine for throat infection, but seems it did not work out, we will be again visiting the doctor today for some examination or sonography. she is having medium pain internally while speaking, yawning, drinking and eating food. A very small lump is visible from outside.

13. Thirst : offlate increased
14. Tongue and Taste : normal
15. Current BP (without medicine and with medicine) - normal
16. What exactly is happening?
17. How do you feel? Its painful
18. How does this affect you? my activity reduced due to pain
19. How does it feel like? while movement of neck and eating and drinking and speaking it pains
20. What comes to your mind?
I am little scared whether there is any problem of thyroid or will it lead to something more alarmng illness.

I am always on hurry, little impatient, sometimes irritable due to household chores and managing kid

When is the period during the month approx. date?
Any monthly cycle issues? Regular, early, late, before problems, after problems,
pain, any other discharges?
