low self confidence

i need to know what remedy i should take for low self confidence.

I am very concious of my self.... My looks, body weight.

I am always seeking for approval from others about how i look. If i dont get a response, i become very depressed.

Lots of anxiety.

Always worried about what people will say.

Have started looking older than my age. Thats bothering me too.

Also have social anxiety.

Everytime i have anxiety, i have pain in my abdomen.

My face colour has become darker and have started having lots of freckles.

Would like my face colour to become back to fair and glowing and want to becone confident again.

Please advise.
