epididymal cyst

I am a Student of DHMS (2nd Year). Age : 38, Married,

No sleep at night upto 2-3 AM, but feeling better in Night,
Always suffering for constipation not satisfactory stool even soft
Stomach enlarge and feeling Heaviness
Urine smell something bad
Stitching pain in coccyx
Perspiration too much
Craving fried eggs and icy drinks etc.

Since long time like 2/3 years I am feeling small cyst in Vein of both testis (down side). Normaly no pain, if strongly press then feeling pain
Sexual apatite is normal but insufficient erection and premature ejaculation (too soon)
Kindly advice me I have stocked of some Homoepathic Medicine.
