Deviated Nasal Septum and blocked nose.

Hello,

I have undergone Septoplasty twice, one in 2007 and one in 2015 November for Deviated Nasal Septum.

There is NO improvement and still I can't breathe well through my right nostril.

Here is what I experience.

• Nose obstructed
• Face feels chapped, as if from cold wind
• There is Itching at point of nose
• Dry, hard crusts form
• Nasal bones sensitive
• Obstructed and loss of smell.

I experience pressure in the right nostril. Very dry nostril. Constant feeling of air obstruction.

Most important thing is the problem worsens in cloudy and humid weather. The nose is blocked by 80%.

I am taking Silicea30.

Please suggest the best remedy. I will be grateful.

Due to this issue, can't breathe well and so feel restless and mind wanders.

I'm based in India.

Thanks,
Avadhut
