Attn to Dr Kadwa...plz help

Dear Dr. Kadwa,
Please help me. My wife is 30 years of age. Have two kids (c-section). Youngest child age 7Y 8M. She is suffering from Vitamin D deficiency and Hypothyroidism since 2011. She is too much emotional, anxious and pessimist. Always scared of bad things will happen. Afraid to be alone, even with kids. Sometimes dreams bad things and awake from sleep and then start her palpitations. She is taking too much raw salt. Sometimes she gets hungry but have no desire to eat anything.
Please note that- My father in laws also suffers from Vitamin D deficiency and Vitamin D deficiency.
My wife’s blood reports are:
TSH Report: (Ref. Value: 0.35 - 5.50 µIU/mL)
16.04.16-> 15.2 µIU/mL
23.01.16-> 0.027 µIU/mL
31.10.15-> 13.52 µIU/mL
28.02.15-> 1.69 mIU/mL
17.05.14-> 4.92 µIU/mL
19.11.13-> 1.52 mIU/mL
03.01.13-> 1.74 µIU/mL
Vit-D Report: (Summer: 15.7-60.3 ng/ml & Winter: 8.8-46.3 ng/ml)
31.10.15-> 31.9 ng/ml
28.02.15-> 24.7 ng/ml
Vitamin D(25 hydroxy): (Ref. Value: 30-40 ng/ml)
03.01.13-> 16.6 ng/ml

Now the main problems are:
1. Fatigue or lack of energy
2. Arms and legs muscles pain & cramps, thighs & feet pain, numbness feeling in hands & legs. Neck & back pain as whole body pain.
3. Rapid heart beat or palpitations
4. Sweat a lot

Other problems are:
1. Headache (Sometimes it continuing for the whole day), chest pain (increase when laying down)
2. Nausea, but not vomiting. She takes areca when feels nausea
3. Too much thirsty. Sometimes urinating more than usual
4. Sometimes sleeping problems.
5. Lower abdominal pain on the right side
6. Suddenly too much hot and suddenly too much cold feeling

As per her allopathic doctor’s advice, she takes 100mcg Thyrox (Levothyroxine Sodium) in every morning empty stomach and One Max-D (Vitamin D3- 1000 IU) in every night. But from 20th April 16 I have stopped her all allopathic medicines. From 20th April 16 I gave her following homeopathic medicines:
20.04.16 to 23.04.16 Iodium 10M 1drop (4 consecutive days), no other medicine till 29.04.16 that day. This time she feels better. But from 30.04.16 the problems back. Then following the post by Dr. Girilal http://abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/68737/ from 30.04.16 till 12.05.16 I give her meds as following:
• Thyroidinum 1M- 3 drops, three times 10 mins apart (don’t take any other meds that day)
Repeat again after 15 days
• Mercurius Vivus 1M one dose/2 drops each week
• Iodium-3X 2 doses/4-5 drops start at each full moon for 4 days. (Not yet taking)
• Spongia Tosta Q 3 drops two times each day
• Psorinum-30 3 drops two times each day especially if glands of the neck are swollen or there is a pain in the neck.
• Cal. Carb 30 3 drops weekly dose one time
• Graphitis 30 3 drops weekly dose one time
•Five phos 6x 4 tabs 4 times.

Sometimes she feels better, sometimes feels bad. I don’t get any homeopathic medicine for “Vitamin D“ deficiency. When I have tried 2 different ways with abc Remedy Finder. First time it’s suggest me Hepar Sulphuris Calcareum and second time suggest for Cal. Carb. I don’t understand whether these remedies are ok or not? If yes, how & what potencies should I use for my wife problems? If not, what are the proper remedies for vitamin d deficiency & also hypothyroidism. I will be very much grateful if you take my case.
