Mild disc bulge at L4-L5 and L5-S1; Lumbar spondylosis with degenerative disc disease; Attention Dr Rishimba

I am having low back pain on right side with nuralgic pain extending to hips to side of ilium and then down the thigh on front and sides of calf. This was probably caused during a jerk while doing gymming exercise involving rowing movement for lattisimus dorsi muscles of back. Pain is for past 45 days. Got MRI done today which confirmed mild disc buldge at L4-L5 impinging upon corresponding exiting nerve root and also diffuse disc buldge at L5-S1 causing indentation of thecal sac atventral level where ligamentum flavum prominence is seen.
I have tried lots of homeopathic medicines for past 45 days. Arnica, Rhus Tox, Ruta G, Symphytum, Hypericum, Hekla lava, Gnaphallium, Sulphur, Nux Vom, Colocynth, Cocculus and Plumbum. Pl suggest
