Abscess in mouth palate(ROOT CANAL)

Hi Doctor,

I have done a root canal after my right central incisor got discolored to black,
there where no recent accident for the discolorations. I believe it might be because of a hit,10 years back.

After root canal a small lump started on mouth top palate behind the incisor tooth (1 inch away from tooth). after two year of lump I consulted a dentist he cracked the lump and told me, it happened since the filling was done beyond the root of incisor. we had reworked the root canal removed the excess filling.

lump gave me no pain anytime.

After 6 month lump started to grow again. my face started to swell, eye lids..I consulted a physician, he advised me to remove the root canaled incisor tooth, since dead object in body is always bad and told the pus and abscess will be drained off automatically once removed.

Now I removed the root canal tooth,
lump size has increased in small proportion after three days. Now i want to completely get rid of the lump and abscess in my mouth palate. I was told silicea will remove the pus. I took silicea bio 3x once a day. I could see no changes.

I didnt go for implant or bridge, since i want to get rid of the abscess before i go to other solution. Kindly suggest a best remedy to get rid of abscess in the mouth palate.
