left side inguinal hernia and varicocele

hi I am suman from bangladesh.3 months back I operated my right side inguinal hernia with hernioplasty. but 15 days ago I noticed that my left side testicle vain enlarged and left groin also swelling. I consulted my surgeon he said that for operation again.but I do not operate my case.now I fell very depressed and frustrated.please help me.what can I cure my problem without operation.plese reply me

I am 26 years old. my tummy is not so big . just some swelling in my testicle vein and some swelling in my left groin
