Fragments in knee
Hello,I wondered if anyone could recommend a suitable remedy for fragments (possibly bone) in my right knee. I have had lots of creaking and crunching in my right knee for past 4 yeas since running heavily on it, downhill. Something seems to catch at the front of the knee causing pain, when climbing stairs or cycling. I have seen numerous physiotherapists and have completed lots of their exercises, to no avail. As advised by a homeopath I took calc fluor 6x for 8 weeks (3x a day) but it did not help. I read recently that Aurum Met (CM potency) helped to dissolve a bone spur in a patient. I wondered if this would be beneficial in my case. Many thanks for your time and any advice.
